1. Access
Access to courses, lessons, downloadable materials, and community spaces is personal, limited, and non-transferable. You may not share logins, redistribute materials, or provide access to third parties.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your password and devices secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.
- One account per individual learner unless expressly authorized in writing.
- We may suspend access if we detect unusual activity that suggests sharing or abuse.
- Some features may require email verification or additional steps to protect your account.
2. Payments & Refunds
Prices, fees, and applicable taxes (if any) are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed through reputable payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our provider) to charge your chosen payment method.
Refund window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if less than 20% of the course has been completed (including viewed lessons, downloaded resources, or marked progress).
- Requests must include purchase email, order reference (if available), and reason for request.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension until resolved.
- We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
If a subscription is offered, it will renew as described at checkout until canceled. You are responsible for canceling prior to renewal to avoid charges.
3. Conduct
We expect respectful, professional participation in lessons, comments, and community spaces. You must comply with applicable laws and avoid any activity that harms the platform or other users.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or discriminatory content.
- No scraping, automated extraction, credential stuffing, or disruptive testing.
- No uploading malware, phishing links, or content that violates third-party rights.
- No resale, sublicensing, or “group buy” sharing of course access.
We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts for violations. If we terminate, you remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
4. IP Policy
All course videos, texts, templates, designs, photographs, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by us or our licensors.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access materials for personal learning use while your enrollment is active. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of the service without written permission.
- Taking personal notes.
- Using techniques learned to create your own floral work for your business or portfolio.
- Re-uploading lessons to file-sharing platforms.
- Selling templates or recordings as your own.
- Sharing your login or providing access to others.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date shown below.
By continuing to use the service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
